Been more than a year since I updated my blog. hahaha.

Anyway I guess no one will see this, but I just needa write this down somewhere. And it's seriously sth worth blogging/talking about!

Another Week Passed like Vrooooom...

Hmm, Have been working at Dempsey Hill for the past week. Dempsey hill is damn inaccesible by public transport, sucks >: But thank god there's shuttle service from Orchard. And Im working under the PR department. Had been scanning stuff for the past few days, like Omfg, so many damn things to scan! The only problem of working there is my Lunch! Obviously the lunch there is too ex and if I take the shuttle down to Orchard, I would take at least one and a half hours (which is equivalent to $10.50 of my pay k). And there's practically nothing to do during Lunch cause It's not like there's a shopping mall for me to shop right >: But still, I like working under Janet! A very very nice person <: And she said she'll want to hire me again after I come back from taiwan as her PR admin.

Ok, and here's one funny incident that happened today. Janet treated me to their signature fries from House (The restaurant there, which is just outside the office) and then right, after I finished eating in the office I wanted to return the tray thingy to the waitress/waiter there. So, I happened to passby a waitress and then I said, "Hey, excuse me" and I pushed the tray towards her. And you know what, She said, "No, Thanks." Cause there's still some fries which I cant finish in there, she thought I was offering it to her. Like wtf, almost burst out laughing, dont even know her sia, offer her fries for what -.-

Overall, kinda enjoyed working there. Nice boss, good pay, easy job, sums it all up <:

Yay, I've got an admin Job <:

Right, went for an interview in the afternoon. Rahh, that place is kinda inaccessible by public transport. 8D Dempsey Rd. Luckily they have shuttle bus service at Orchard, phew. Working as a temp admin for one week (next week) at Spa Esprit. Totally regretted taking up that tiger beer job, or else, I could commit to this job (which is obviously a much better deal for me, 7 per hour with air-con) But still, the hr executive said she could possibly hire me again after I come back from Taiwan (20th Feb). And then she asked me if I am more interested in the data-entry or account admin position. I told her I prefer the doing accounting, but I have absolutely no knowledge about it. But she said she can train me for a few weeks since I'm able to commit til July/August. Yay, hopefully she will hire me <:

In the meantime, I still have 3 books to read (which I borrowed from the library:)
Ohyar, I've also finally cleared the $6.17 fine which I owe the library for god-knows-how-long.

EVERYONE IS BUSY WORKING AND IM ROTTING AT HOME.

Yeah, the title says it all.

The week passed and Ive not really done any productive stuff. Haha.

Oh, I did went for an interview yesterday!(my dad's friend introduced me to)
That company was small & messy TTM.
AND I HAD TO WAIT APPROX AN HOUR FOR THAT MANAGER.
She was busy with some stuff and was practically ignoring me.
And when she was finally free to talk to me, she told me she was looking for someone with basic accounting knowledge (even for data-entry clerk - the position I was applying for, fyi) The thing is, isn't it obvious from my resume that I had no accounting knowledge at all? Still called me down for interview, waste my time!

And so, tada, I have to stick to that promoter job at the supermarket. Ive a job training tmr! 0830 at International Plaza, Which means Ive gotta wake up at around 7? Fml.
I hope I don't see all aunties there tmr -.- (promoters at supermarket always aunties one right? >: ) Urgh, Whatever, I just wana earn at least a thousand this time.

Just created collages for our KL/Sunway trip!
But blogger is being a pain in the ass by being soooooo damn slow in uploading it. Angry.

Day 1
Airport --> Breakfast nearby hotel --> Walked to KL Tower then to Petronas Tower --> Petaling Street aka Chinatown aka Tang Ren Jie @ Night :D

Day 2
Berjaya Times Square, Seafood for Dinner, Beautiful Night Scene :D

Day 3
Arrived at Sunway Pyramid Tower Hotel! Sunway Lagoon Amusement Park & Water Park! Countdown @ hotel room w beautiful fireworks :D

Day 4

Went back to KL Central. Sungei Wang, Shopping is Love :D Went to Genting for Starbucks, headed down to Gohtong Jaya for Dinner. Back to hotel for more bridging+bitching sessions!

Day5

Chicken Buffet, Sunway Lagoon Shopping Mall, Dinner @ Sushi King. An hour plus ride to the Airport in the heavy rain >: Home Sweet Home!

Wow, I realised the last time I really updated this blog was about a year ago! :O
2009 was really a hectic year, filled with trainings, tournaments in the beginning of the Year and then I was busy mugging all the way til A's!
Now that A's is over and everyone's either back to school or busy working or going to NS soon, I'm bored at home! Rahhhh >: Work starts only on 22nd Jan! Maybe in the meantime, I should plan some workout schedule or something to burn the fats off my tummy! Haha!

Just came back not long ago from KL/Sunway trip!
It was overall a really fun and enjoyable trip with all my BFFs! :D Except for the part where I can't join them at the water park at Sunway >: Suay ttm!

Rahhh, wanting to get my samsung f480 is so troublesome!

On sunday, went from cityplaza to plaza sing to vivo city and no f480 in stock! D:
Damn, and then i had to call the outlet near Lion City there again to order it. That guy said I had to wait for 3 - 5 days and asked me to call back today to check when it will arrive! And then ha, called back today, another lady answered and said we didn't order it at all (angry!) Thn she said will order it for me and will call me back a while later to inform me when the phone will arrive. Waited for 219043809138590hours and didn't receive a single call. Called back (twice!) and then she said will only arrive end of this week or next week. There, starhub's customer service is really fucked up. What the hell is wrong with them?

And now, I've decided to get it from Singtel instead, despite f480 costing 40bucks more.

And as for starhub, there goes your potential customer and a $25.68 X 24mths = 616.32 dollars deal. Zzz.

Please please please, I hope there are instocks of f480 in singtel stores! I'm gonna get it after trainng tmr!

Day 4 - Tonle Sap River / Bus trip to Pnomh Penh

And then it was the 6 hours of bus trip that almost killed me. Motion-sickness, damn.

Anyway, halfway through the bus trip, we stopped by a village and gave out some clothes/toys.

Day 5 - Royal Palace / Shopping at Russia Market / Visit to S21 (genocide Museum) & the killing field.

Then this is the place they call S21. It was formerly a high school, but was used as a prison during the Khmer Rouge. Now it's the genocide museum. Visiting this place makes everyone feel super low, seriously.

And on the wall, there was a photo of the victim who died in the room.

Well, overall, the Cambodia trip was not bad lar (at least the night time was fun and the trip to orphange and the villages were meaningful:) I miss playing cards (snapjack, dai dee, bridge and landlords- which im still trying to learn)& murderer (Sorry mu ye, you always had to die in the first round. hahaha!) at night with the J1s and the TAs who joined us for the last two nights. haha!

Okay, I'm here to blog!
Ah, caught a flu right after the SL Camp, and I still haven't recover from it yet, damn.
I'm flying off to Cambodia on Friday, shucks, I'll be dead if I don't recover by then.
C'mon, flu ,flu, go away. Apparently, the flu vaccination's not helping at all uh!

Alright, went to school this morning to help Zihui with her collection of GC. Cab home right after that with Clara, cause I wasn't feeling very well.

And then, like yesterday, I spent the whole afternoon sleeping after eating those medicine(it causes drowsiness k!) Hah.

And I haven't started packing for cambodia trip yet. Rahhhhhh, shall start packing tmr(:

Yay, I'm finally back from SL Camp. I'm dead tired lar, slept for around four plus hours after I got home, but still damn tired.

Anyway, SL Camp was totally awesome! It's damn fun man, thanks to Group 9! So glad to have those funny and lively people(Dan dan and Nicholas!) in my group! Haha.

Went Changi for our Night Orienteering, didn't get to go inside Old changi hospital though, just stayed outside to play some station game. And, we spent our first night at changi beach! It's damn freaking cold for god's sake, cause it was raining and we didn't really had proper shelter, end up not sleeping much at all.

Next morning was rafting! Hey, I'm damn proud of my group's raft okay, it's damn solid and steady, didn't collapse at all man! Ha! And I love the team building games, damn fun!(:

Spent second night in school, sleeping at dance studio! Shan, lek and I went there, surprised to find no one sleeping there. Haha! We wanted to wake up at 5am to play basketball. But still, we continue sleeping til 640 in the end. haha!

And then after debriefing, Group 9 took lots of photos!(: Will upload after I've got the photos!

Alright, the overall results for Promos are finally out. Got B D D E E. Phew, I passed all my subjects. And damn, Econs missed A grade by that 1 pathetic mark:/ Well, Econs' result was surprising, I actually got a 67.6 for Promos man (I topped my class, screams!) Haha. And another surprising one was GP, passed my GP for the first time in my JC life man, a 62percentile somemore, a great improvement from Jct alright. haha. Next was Chem, vast improvement from that pathetic 40marks I got in Jct(: Well, Promos was not that bad for me afterall, at least it's better than my results for Jct yeah! Think my Maths' getting worse, guess I gotta consistently do my Maths tutorials to improve on it!

Felt a bit cheated today, stayed in school and rushed OP from like 8am to 210pm, thinking that we'll be having an OP rehearsal with a teacher around! In the end, the door was even locked when we got there and we had to call Ms Kwan. No teacher was around, and since there's only Asheem's group and our group, we watched Heroes Season 3 episode 3! Hahaha! We did went through the rehearsal once lar, without our script though(cause we didn't have time to come up with one). Haha!

Alright, recall what I did on Tuesday! Went out with Ruby & Xiaohei, started shopping at Suntec/Marina Square. Then went to Vivo, met Clara& her friend who happened to be there as well and we went to Bugis in the end. It's so tiring walking around trying so hard to find prettaye dresses which are not too long for me. (Perhaps, I could only wear long tops as dresses, damn.) And so, I didn't buy any dress that day, but I got myself a new pair of pumps. Haha, alright alright, will get a pair of heels next time. Talking about heels, tried one god-damn high one in Club Marc, made me wonder how those ladies out there can stand walking around for hours with those damn-high heels on! Plus, it's so difficult to balance myself, considering me having a low C.G, it should be easy right. Haha.

Helllo people, I'm seventeen! Hah.

Alright, just ended training at around 9plus. Felt a great sense of accomplishment after surviving the training. Hah. It's what Ms Ang call the "Mental Test". We did 100 push-ups together. Afterwhich, we did 5 sets of running up and down the 24-storey HDB block man. And all of us must complete it within 7 mins, if anyone couldn't make it, then it would not be counted. Well, it's like team bonding and building up the team spirit in a way! Heh.

Okay, I'm seriously busy the whole of this week. &Next week's gonna be another busy one too:/
You know, I realised it rained on alternate days this week lar! Stupid. I went for physio at SGH on Monday, but was late and missed the session, it's such a waste of my time lar, went all the way there after school ley, urgh, and they scheduled me for another physio like 2 weeks later:/ Anw, i don't think i wana go for the scan, it's damn ex, almost five hundred ley, cash somemore D: and i feel that my knee is not really serious lar, at least I can still play ball:D Okay, then there was training on tues, wed, thurs, fri.

Then there's bazaar by the lake at cch today! after the bazaar, went to watch definitely, maybe with shan min & clara! I feel like read the book "Jane Eyre". Haha! and I saw a top that I like(: I'm gonna get it tmr. Haha!

Working at the IT show is damn tiring la. Stood for two whole days alright! Somemore basic pay is $20 per day only! @*()*#$@%!@ Luckily I managed to sell quite a number of Tablet PCs & a laptop on the last day! So, if I didn't calculate wrongly, my pay would amount to around 140bucks. Axioo's basic pay is like $55 lar! Lenovo's pay seem quite good as well. Ours is pathetic:/ But I like our Tablet Pc alright, the wacom screen is damn damn cool. Expensive toy. Haha. There's this very cute family lar, the daughter is in lower primary & the son is not even in primary school yet, and they are so so amazed by the Sketchbook can. They pestered their daddy to buy them the tablet pc lar. They went to withdraw cash &came back to look for me at around 9pm. Then the son was like, "Daddy, you're going to buy me a piano right?" The daddy was like, "No, didn't we agree on buying this and not the piano." The son immediately cried and said," No, daddy, I know you're bluffing me right, you're going to buy this and a piano right?" Hahaha, damn cute lar! &I was damn scared that Daddy would drop the idea of buying the tablet pc and buy a piano instead. haha!

Look, the sketchbook is cool okay. Damn cute alright, we had nothing to do after setting up the tablet pc, and with no customers around, vanessa & I drew this. haha! It started with me drawing a house & a sun. Then she drew a sheep, &I added an angel. Then I shaded the whole background(which turns out to look like rain!) Hello! The steamboat reunion dinner yesterday was a success!( to a certain extent.) Turn-up rate : 8people (including Dawn:) We met at Sengkang mrt stn at 5pm(yeah, 5) and then we went to Cold Storage to get our stuff. Sheldon was a bit late and reached at around 630. We prepared all the food &soup base ourselves alright. Tsk. We actually bought 9packets of jin zhen gu(literally translated to Golden Needle Mushroom)! Oh how great, I sprained my knee (like again ): The most stupid thing is tthat I sprained it during pe lesson okay, urgh. If I had sprained it during basketball, at least I feel better, somehow. Alright, I have some difficulty walking and thus I didn't go to school today. I wanted to okay, really, It's amazing how my opinion of sajc changed so much after these three days I spent with my class! I don't feel like leaving sa all of a sudden :0 Anyway, I think I'd be going to school on Monday lar(if I can walk:) I went to the polyclinic today, for x-ray lar, and there's nothing wrong with my bones, phew. So so so, It's.The.Ligament.Again!:/ And then, the doctor referred me to SGH lor, since it's an old injury, we shd get it cured. Oh, and let me tell you guys about this stupid western doctor I went to last night. I wanted to go to that sinseh I frequent, but sadly, it's closed already. So, my dad dragged me to this western doctor, and then I was in the room for less than 3mins, he practically did nothing and just said "You probably injuried your ligament, two weeks excuse from pe, one day mc." And he gave me painkillers and charged me 25bucks. And the problem is the painkiller is like no use at all one la, it still hurts and I can hardly sleep at night. Urgh!

Alright, Today was a tiring day lar! Went out to meet Pinglynn&vanessa at Dhoby Ghaut Mrt for lunch. And then we decided to walk over to The Cathay House for ShiLin. Lol. And then Pinglynn went back to her office. While Vanessa and I ended up watching a movie. We're so spontaneous lar. We watched 27dresses! It's awesome alright, you guys should catch it someday! And then we left Cathay House for Orchard. Went to Orchard Hotel, and failed to get pay for Dawn lar!:/ And then we went over to Taka, saw Emerald at Leonidas! But my Bestf Azhar wasn't at Patchi! Grrrrrrr! Was still hoping to get free chocolates! Tsk. Hmm, we met huishan, jackalyn & jian an at Bugis at 6! Decided to dine at V8. &Sheldon joined us later. V8's Chicken Baked Rice & Cheesy Potato Wedges are nice okay! Lol. We went walking around, looking for yanting at Topshop! Oh, and I tried that boyf shirt, but it doesn't look nice lar, the long sleeve too baggy already! Then, we took neoprints and went over to MOF for some dessert. Then tada~ I'm home!

Yes People, Today is The Big Day! Reached school at 7am! Met Vanessa, huishan, ruby, xh, jian an, jade and yijie! And then we went to attend the Flag Raising Ceremony! It's like a daily routine, something that I've done every morning for the past four years. And yet it was when we don't need to attend it anymore that we begin to cherish it, a lil too late isn't it? Oh well, we stood at the yellow line with the other 4fg guys alright. Damn cool lar, I finally got to sing my school song!(: And then, we went to crash Miss Lai's Geography Lecture! I seriously miss her "Irritating, Don't even know why I bother." alot alot alot! We went off halfway through her lecture. And we went walking around the school, Mr.Soon is so so so cute alright, he said "hi" to me and then came over and talk to us halfway through his lesson! tsk. Then, we spotted Mrs V.Tan teaching Amelia's class, and so we began questioning her about the results. She made me damn worried at that point of time I swear, what she said were so ambiguous lar, say "Okay la, you all did okay la. Some of you will be happy, others will be happier." Scared ley!

And I hate suspense, really. Stupid AhKay made me damn worried, he's such an asshole okay. I saw him outside Grand Audi while waiting for Yanting to arrive. And so, I decided to go over and talk to him. I asked him if our class did badly, then he said but my results not bad la, then I was like, but I want a 10pt one ley. And he replied, "around there la" I was like "Huh, around there is what? 11? 12?" Then he said, "Ya". I felt like dying then, I swear. And I hate my surname sometimes, my register number always has to be among the last!:/ And I've gotta wait for 29people to get their results, see them cry/smile/shout, and wait for my turn! It sucks big time. And when it's finally my turn, I was telling myself I'm prepared for the "11 or 12" Then Ahkay got my result slip and he "wah" Then I stared at him, and Miss Kwek says "wow, also single digit" Then I jumped and cried already. Shit lar, It's So Damn Embarrassing lar! I couldn't even see what the hell and where I was signing lor! tsk. and Phew, I got a 9 and I've got 4 bonus points. &I went over to apologise to Miss Shamila for not obtaining an A1 for her Amaths, ahhhhh, I aimed A1s for both my maths lar!:/

Yay! I got my new phone(w910i) already! I like it lar (except for the fact that it's wide and my hand is small): Let's recall what i did yesterday. I went to school as usual, and lessons are as boring as usual. We took class photos during Econs tutorial ley! I ~~like~~ love my class alright! It's only thing that makes me feel like staying in sajc! And If I ever decide to stay in sa (my mum wants me to okay, i don't know why), I want to be in the same class with all these classmates!(:

I'm finally back home! Went to chocz. office to get my pay this morning! It's only around five hundred, ahhhhh, kinda pathetic lar. But nevermind la, work two weeks for five hundred, okaylar(trying to convince myself that it's not that bad-.-) And then I saw Mega at the office today, she's still as cute alright! tsk. And after that, vanessa and I went off to the bank, to bank in our cheques and withdraw my money!

And I went off to Fengshan CC to support my juniors for their first match against Ngee An Sec. They won alright! Way to go girls! Oh, and I saw that Gladys there today, how sad uh, she wasn't in the team. Couldn't even get a chance to warm the bench, how pathetic is that? I hope 28Jan comes faster. Fucking Juvenile, Just you wait. Chung Cheng will own you this time!

After that went to meet Vanessa again at Kallang mrt. It was raining heavily okay, couldn't even get a damn cab la! We went to office to find Ahpa! Okay, we didn't go into the office, cause Ahpa came out already! So we met him at his car there and he drove us to Bugis la. Went Topshop to look for Yanting! We each bought a top, with 20% staff discount. See, it's great to have a friend working at Topshop alright. And then, we went shopping around, I got myself a pair of shoes, a pair of green shorts and a "Little Miss Shy" tee. Oh, and that clutch from Dorothy Perkins as well. There's this very x3 nice pull-over from Dorothy Perkins that I wanted to buy as well!

Anyway, I think we're going to town tmr! Shall discuss it with yanting later and then inform Vanessa about it! (:
